Tangkoko Nature Reserve
One of the highlights of this trip is the nocturnal ‘Tarsier’ (Tarsius Spectrum), a tiny monkey, endemic to Nortern Sulawesi. The total body length of this little creature is approx 10cm with a body weight of little over 100 grams.
With some luck you can even encounter Black Macaques - a larger monkey with no tail - , KusKus, Hornbills - the largest birds living in Tangkoko - and lots of other flora and fauna.
The staff will bring bottled water, fruit and some insect repellent might you need.
Cost increase on sundays and holiday days.
Wear long pants and sleeves and a pair of comfortable shoes with socks to avoid any mosquito’s or ants.
