Nad Lembeh Resort

One of the best places to stay and dive Lembeh Strait.

NAD Lembeh Resort, located in North Sulawesi, Indonesia, offers a tranquil escape with comfortable accommodations, breathtaking ocean views and a beachfront restaurant. It is the perfect place to wind down after a day’s diving enjoying the beautiful sunset overlooking the Lembeh Strait together with a cold beer, a glass of wine or delicious cocktail.

All rooms at NAD have hot water, air conditioning and WiFi as standard, they also all look over the clear sea. The Beachfront Rooms are at ground level, no stairs or hills to climb. These simple rooms are available as twins or doubles. All provide a view over the jetty and beach, and all have a small patio with chairs and a drying rack.

The Seaview Bungalows These wooden Minahasa style bungalows can be found in a secluded section of the resort, a short distance away from the restaurant and bar. With an impressive view over the bay, these bungalows are all double bedded, and are ideal for couples who want to spend their evenings sitting on a private deck with the best view in the Straits.

Outside the restaurant, and directly facing the Straight is a lovely little shaded grass area where you will find a small pool, jacuzzi and sun loungers, a great place to be off gas! Should you have more energy than you expected though you can always take advantage of the free of charge kayaks and take yourself for a paddle around the peaceful bay.

NAD also is proud to be the first dive resort in the world which is growing its own produce in the most ecologically friendly way possible with approximately 125m2 of growing space and Aquaponics. Aquaponics is the marriage of aquaculture (fish farming) and hydroponics (growing plants in water). It also involves a fair amount of science and geekery.

If you are an underwater photographer, then the Lembeh Strait should be on your must visit list, likely multiple times! You are likely to have a vast list of must-see critters, such as frogfish, mimic octopus, rhinopias, a huge array of nudibranchs and other octopus, the blue ringed octopus being a highlight. But at NAD Lembeh is not just muck diving, one can also explore all over the Island and beyond to find some of the best reef diving in SE Asia.

Dive packages are available as 2 or 3 dives per day. Night dives, mandarin and black water dives can be booked and paid for locally.

Please call or e-mail us for your tailor-made quotation. Optional Activities Excursions are available to book locally.
