Our approach to creating bespoke tailor made diving holidays allows us to literally offer you thousands of trips whilst focusing on understanding your holiday requirements. Every detail of the holiday is carefully planned and reviewed to ensure your planning holiday stage is stress free.

Who we are

Ultimate Diving is a small team of passionate divers with thousands of dives under our belt in many destinations; diving and working towards protecting our ocean is all we want to do. Our diving experience means we can offer you first-hand knowledge of the destinations, hotels, liveaboards and dive centres we offer to you, the discerning diver! We can help develop your ideas through comparing and contrasting destinations we have visited as well as suggesting new places to help you make the right choice.

What we do

We are unique on how we organise diving holidays always offering new and exciting diving locations across the globe. We are focussed not only on building exceptional tailored diving holidays, but also on working with the most professional local dive operators and hoteliers and the benefits our holidays can bring to local communities through redistribution of wealth. This way of working promotes conservation, empowers locals and businesses to grow and deliver a real benefit to local community and generates long-term benefits to the ocean.

Why we do it

All our team members joined Ultimate Diving with the same goals in mind, offer great customer service, go diving on a regular basis and be as close to the ocean as possible. We absolutely love being involved in the finer detail of organising diving trips and talking about the ocean and its residents on a daily basis. Hearing great feedback and reports from our customers gives us great pleasure and motivates us to always do more for our customers.

This was our first diving holiday, booked through Ultimate Diving. It certainly won't be our last! From start to finish, the planning, organisation and location, at the Marsa Shagra diving centre in Egypt, far exceeded our expectations and has been an amazing experience. We would personally like to thank Gail for all her hard work organising our diving trip, for dealing with any queries promptly and for being so helpful and polite. The travel arrangements were extremely well organised and the dive centre at Marsa Shagra was fantastic. Our chalet was modern and clean and was located close to the restaurant and other amenities. The food was outstanding and the staff throughout the dive centre were polite, friendly and spoke good English. The diving house reefs were amazing and suitable for all levels of diving experience. My partner had only recently qualified in June 2022 with 6 logged dives, so was a pure novice. During the week, she had the opportunity to master her diving skills and can't wait to return! The dive centre staff were always happy, smiling and ready to assist divers with their heavy equipment. A big thank you to Ahmed Amin, who helped us assemble our equipment, rinse our equipment after our dives and even went into the water to remove my partner's air tank at the end of her dives, which was very much appreciated. We have made so many fantastic memories on our first scuba diving holiday together and can't wait to return to Marsa Shagra diving centre in the future. Thank you so much for making our dreams a reality! Finally, we would thoroughly recommend Ultimate Diving to our family, friends and wider scuba diving community.

Snorkelling Trip Marsa Shagra Nov 2022 This is the second time we have travelled with Ultimate Diving and we hope to do so again. Communication is excellent, quick and helpful. Our 2 deluxe chalets were clean, spacious and comfortable with outside sitting areas with views of the sea and desert. The food was 3 buffet style meals daily, good and varied. A pizza oven, was a nice extra optional extra. Excellent desserts. House reef - both North & South, are in a protected area, no fishing has been allowed for the last 30 years. It was like snorkelling in an aquarium. Very popular with divers. Easy sandy entrance/exit. Well organised set up, both safety and environmentally aware. Staff were helpful & pleasant. The divers we chatted to were all repeat customers. 95% divers, very few English mainly German and Dutch. Would recommend going there.
