The island of Bonaire is truly a diver's paradise! with diving available 365 days of the year in a pristine underwater environment that is thriving with more than 350 fish species and 57 species of soft and stony coral, divers will be kept very busy and happy from the moment they arrive to the last minute of their stay on the island.

This is the perfect itinerary if you are looking at doing some independent diving with your dive buddy as you can just grab the tanks from the dive centre and go do some shore diving.

Itinerary Overview

Pack your bags and depart on a truly Caribbean adventure.

Flights depart from Heathrow at 08:40 and arrive Bonaire at 18:35. Transit stopover in Amsterdam. Regional airports available upon request. On arrival you will be meet by a member of the Captain Don's Habitat and transferred to the resort where you will be based for the next 7 nights.

After breakfast at the fantastic Captain Don's Habitat, head to the dive centre for your diving.

Captain Don’s Habitat is a PADI 5 Star Gold Palm IDC and National Geographic dive centre a NAUI Dream Resort, a SSI Referral and a TDI/SDI Training Facility. The centre is consistently rated as one of the best in the Caribbean, from the novice to the most technical of diver, the Captain Don’s Habitat dive centre can fulfil your every need with a state of the art, fully equipped and spacious boat used to carry you to the over 82 dive sites scattered around the island.

The Ideal day to further explore the island at sea or uphill.

If you have not done yet, take the opportunity to do an Island tour, it will only take half a day and enjoy a beautiful drive along the island's rugged northern coastline, including Rincon, 1000 Steps and Goto Lake, home to an impressive population of flamingos.

Time to say goodbye to Bonaire Island and start the return journey.

Flight depart from Bonaire at 19:40 and arrive back at Heathrow 13:50 the day after. Transit stopover in Amsterdam.
