The team at Ultimate Diving understands that the current pandemic has created a lot of uncertainty within the industry and peace of mind and flexibility are major factors to ensure you gain confidence before committing to a diving holiday with us going forwards.
For all new bookings we have decided to waive our normal cancellation terms which will offer increased flexibility for a limited period should your holiday be unable to proceed because of Covid-19 and are now offering:
Free cancelation of your holiday up to three months prior to departure date.
Flexible booking conditions apply to NEW bookings only, booked between the 15th July 2020 and the 30th January 2021 and departing on or before the 31st October 2021.
Please note certain diving holidays may be excluded from the policy and we will advise you at the time of quotation. All eligible bookings will have “Flexible Booking Conditions” stated on your quotation and/or booking confirmation.
Balances remain payable 11 weeks prior to departure. Failure to settle the balance on the due date without notifying us of your intention to cancel based on travel being prevented by Covid-19 restrictions by the three months cut off point will mean that normal cancellation terms are applied.
Bookings departing within 80 days of travel, our normal Terms and Conditions apply.
Where suppliers such as airlines only allow for a postponement but not a refund, we will allow deferral and will only pass on airline and ground supplier charges where they are applied.
Some airlines offer flexible fares that can be changed without incurring administration charges (However flight increases are payable). If you would like to look at this option, you will need to discuss with travel consultant at the time of quotation.
Certain flights must be paid for at the time of booking and will be non-refundable (unless the airline decides to issue a policy offering greater flexibility). In any event, we will mirror the applicable policy of the airline.
We feel that at last the world is slowly returning to some normality, but we cannot exactly say what will happen and when.
