After returning from our diving holiday to Egypt we would like to thank you for your kind help and support concerning our return flight after the collapse of X L airlines.
However, the CAA number we were given gave us different information every time we rang but due to the number of people stranded abroad this was understandable.
When we rang you to voice our concerns you immediately e-mailed the general manager (Mr Nagui El Shaer), at the Noria hotel (who was totally unaware of our problem) and from that point we couldn't have asked for better service.
On the day of our departure he arranged for two people from the hotel to escort us to the airport and they stayed with us until we had checked our bags in. The hotel manager also said that if we didn't get on the flight we could return to the hotel until a different flight was arranged.
We feel this was first class service and we have e-mailed the manager at the hotel to thank him The holiday we booked through yourselves was excellent, we really enjoyed the diving and the accommodation was superb.
